Austin is definitely a Bose expert - since replacement parts are no longer available, he repairs/rebuilds the parts required to make the Bose system work perfectly. I would have expected to pay much more for all the work he did - he adhered to his original quote which very reasonable. Austin is a pleasure to work with and explains exactly what the issues are and how they were addressed. I highly recommend him. My Bose CD player skips badly, it is a known component issue and it is not a cleaning issue. Found Austin online and called him for details. Finding a reliable person when you have to in trust with a very valuable item, in My case I inherited a Bose wave length Radio and a CD changer unit when I got I couldn't get the CD units to function all I had was the radio to work barely. My Bose radio was quite old it's the one with the 3 CD changer it completely shut off and wouldn't come back on. I found Austin on Google and 3 weeks later it's completely fixed and sounds great again. I'm SO happy that I have my Bose CD/ Stereo back! Nothing surpasses the sound quality (imo) of Bose. I listen everyday in my office. And I use the CD player too! My Bose lifestyle 48 stopped working. It was hardwired through the walls for the speakers. I have lots of CDs, with the new systems don’t use. I called him and he came up with a Refurbished Woofer and Media Center. after much testing and retesting and retesting, I needed both the Woofer and Media Center.
