Austin is a great guy to work with. Friendly and highly professional. I bought him a Bose Wave Il radio that I purchased used on Amazon in 2020. When turned on it showed "please wait" on the display and would not play. Austin repaired it quickly and also found it had a covered over CD player. That is still a mystery. I now have a working radio with a CD player! I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Austin.

Finding a reliable person when you have to in trust with a very valuable item, in My case I inherited a Bose wave length Radio and a CD changer unit when I got I couldn't get the CD units to function all I had was the radio to work barely. So I decided to look for a person who has the knowledge of this very expensive Bose product. I was very reluctant to just pic a name from Google and in trust just anybody however after speaking with Austin he made feel better about his knowledge and how he was able to make me feel the, that I can trust him.I decided to send my Bose Wave radio to him. After about a week I received my Bose and I don't regret having trust in Austin. I was expecting a large bill I was very happy with the costs of the repairs and the time it took. I can't say enough but he's a person of integrity. Thank you Austin Sincerely Rudy Batista Graham

I brought my Bose to Austin from CT when I was in NJ for business recently because there is NO ONE in or around, my area, who can repair any small electronics, especially a Bose. Austin was responsive, professional, had fair pricing, accommodating, and did a terrific job! I highly recommend.

Let me start by saying, Austin is awesome. He repaired, not just one, but 2 old Bose lifestyle systems that I had and they were old. I was informed every step of the way. Like I said, Awesome. Customer service is my profession so I know Awesome when I see it, especially in today’s environment. He tested everything in front of me and it worked great. I traveled from jersey city and very skeptical but I am a believer. If you need a Bose system fixed, he is the man. I truly recommend him. Thanks Austin. You made 3 old men very happy.

In this age of " throw it out and buy a new one" it was such a pleasure to discover Austin. Other than skipping our Bose Wave Radio/CD Player still worked and sounded great. It would have been a shame to throw it out! Austin not only repaired it at a very reasonable price, but kept us informed every step of the way.....and that way was pretty short!
