We built a new home in Bartlesville and wanted to include a modern network, security system and sound system in various rooms. Based on a recommendation from our Architecture, we checked out Advanced Tech and ended up hiring Troy and his crew for our install. To say Troy is brilliant in this area of technology is an understatement, not to mention as well that his crew is top notch as well. This was almost a year long project with Troy and his crew involved at various times for design, layout, pre-wire, final installation and training. We did end up changing out some equipment before final installation which upped the price some, but it was justified because it made the system more operater friendly. Troy is great at keeping up with new technology and really strives to keep the system as fool proof as possible. Mission accomplished at our house with my wife able to operate all systems. I am extremely happy with Troy, his crew and our system installation. Our system has worked flawlessly since day one. Even when I caused a hiccup in the system, Troy was able to troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone and had me back in action in about 30 minutes. Needless to say, I always have a smile on my face when I sit down in front of our 85” Samsung TV and Sonos Arc Ultra sound bar cranked up with some 4k video or 32 bit audio music playing.
Advanced Tech recently installed remote access keypads with security cameras at the Grove Regional Airport. They sat down with me and customized a plan and system to meet our specific needs for our building. They were also able to create a special keypad and molding for one of our doors with a whole different need. All the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and very quick to install our system with extreme attention to detail. The owner, Troy Helms stopped by the airport several times after installation to make sure we were happy with the system. I highly recommend Advanced Tech and look forward to future projects with them!

Troy and his team were such a pleasure to work with on our WiFi network project at our lodge and RV park. Troy came out and walked our property and knew exactly what we needed to provide a great network signal inside and outside for our guest. He definitely knows the technology and offers the best equipment available. He communicated in a way which I could understand and relate to what needed to be done on our property and didn't talk techie, as in over my head, which I appreciated. When calling he always answered or called back promptly, so great communicator. I would recommend Advance Tech for any of your networking needs. We are extremely happy with how well and how far our network is functioning now. Just a great group of guys, super polite and friendly! Glad I found them!!!
These guys installed some smart locks where I work and I was pretty impressed. I worked in a similar industry for a few years as a tech and I can confidently say their attention to detail is rare and top notch. The technical knowledge and customer service was obvious with every tech I talked to. What really stood out to me is they went to the effort of designing custom brackets just to cover up a couple inches of exposed wire that would be ugly otherwise. Simple and elegant. I’ve seen so many contractors these days take shortcuts just to save a buck but these guys made every bit count so kudos to them.
