Not friendly anymore. Came here close to a couple of years ago for my car audio. Intended on giving them my business again, for my new car. Called this morning to simply ask if they took appointments now or walk-in bases, and was met with a short, almost irritated attitude. Sorry that I just simply asked if you were looking busy today.
Beware. Unfortunately, these folks stole $350 from my father, who bought a gift certificate for me for Christmas. They insisted he pay with cash (red flag). When I showed up to get the speakers put in my 1997 Jeep, it was a cold day and some fellas were sitting around the lounge area chatting. Eventually, the "manager" Josh walked over and stood behind the cash register. I told him what I needed, he immediately started hemming and hawing about how everything would be rusty and changing out the speakers would probably be a big mess and would cause problems. I said oh, well that's not a problem because I've taken just about everything apart on this Jeep myself and it isn't rusty at all. He said well, I'm just saying I've done this before and it's probably going to get messed up, so unless you're alright with that we probably shouldn't do it. I was kind of wondering if maybe he just didn't want to do it on a cold day, not really sure. I said well, maybe it's better if you just refund the money since you're saying you're going to mess up my car if you work on it. He said oh, that wouldn't be possible. I left, and my dad, who has had other work done there in the past, went in to try to get the refund. Josh once again refused. Bottom line, this place stole $350 from my dad and meanwhile I replaced all the speakers in the Jeep myself for $400 in about 30 minutes. This shady place won't be in business much longer based on their desperate business practices, much less the tired appearance of the place. Stay away!
I had an excellent experience working with Daddyo’s. From start to finish, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Jeff, who handled the installation, did an outstanding job. He was efficient, professional, and clearly knows his craft. Everything was installed perfectly, and he took the time to walk me through the setup and answer any questions. It’s not every day you come across a company that’s this reliable and pleasant to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daddyo’s to anyone looking for quality service and expert installation.
I don’t usually write reviews, but Daddyos truly deserves one. What they did for me and my girlfriend went way beyond normal customer service it was genuine care and integrity in action. My girlfriend had her credit card stolen, and we were both stressed and unsure where to start. We realized one of her recent transactions had been made at Daddyos so I stopped by hoping they could maybe check their cameras. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly understanding and professional. They didn’t treat me like an inconvenience they listened carefully, asked the right questions, and immediately offered to help. Within minutes, they pulled up their security footage and took the time to go through it with me frame by frame. They didn’t have to do that most places would’ve just brushed it off or told me to come back with a police report. Instead, they genuinely cared about helping us figure out what happened. They pointed out key details in the footage, gave me timestamps, and told me exactly what information I’d need to provide to both the police and the credit card company. Because of their help, we were able to identify the person responsible and give the authorities and our bank the proof they needed. My girlfriend ended up getting a full refund on the fraudulent charge, and it wouldn’t have happened without the team at Daddyos taking the time to do the right thing. It wasn’t just that they helped it was how they helped. Everyone there was calm, polite, and patient the entire time. They didn’t rush me, and they didn’t make me feel like it was a hassle. It’s rare to see that kind of honesty and community minded attitude these days. I walked out of there not only relieved but genuinely impressed. The shop itself is also top-notch — clean, organized, and clearly run by people who know what they’re doing. You can tell they take pride in their work, and they treat customers like family.
Had 2 speakers In the front we thought were bad and 4 to be replaced. Owner was very honest with what the issue was and saved me a ton of money. Deff coming back. Get there early if you want it done, first come first serve.
