Normally, I am not one to complain but…Took my Adcom amp in for a diagnostic check and to be cleaned. It cost me $245!!! No parts were replaced…What a rip off! I asked for it to be cleaned and make it “look new”. Some screws were a little rusty…all they did was sand them and used black spray paint on them!! They couldn’t even put new screws in it for $245??!?! And they did not touch or clean one single thing on the outside! Find another place to go to and keep some money in your pocket! Update: the owner reached out to me and was very kind and understanding about this situation. He even refunded some of the cost back to my credit card. He is very quick to respond and a good communicator. He has earned my respect and business. I will definitely take my electronics to him if they need checked out or repaired in the future. It’s great to see a business be customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile! I would highly recommend them to do great work and stand behind their work and customer service!

They did an amazing job repairing my Line 6 Helix. I would go back and trust them with any equipment. They are professional, prompt, knowledgeable and very fairly priced.

When I moved to Jax Fl from Cali,I was hard pressed to find a repair shop for my Korg Triton Extremes and my Korg N264. I took my korgs to Jaydon Electronics and was so stunned at their service. They really know their stuff. No doubt about it. My Korg boards are obsolete and I've been gigging straight 3 to 4 eight hour days per week for 3 plus years. I've had Jaydon Electronics check and replace all buttons, fix the sustain/start switch and do general preventive service. I had a Behringer amp blow out. Jaydon fixed it in fast order, Korg has the new Kronos for 4k bucks but Jaydon keeps my boards in tip top condition, so I won't upgrade to Kronos as long as Jaydon keeps my boards running. They are really great people and want to help. I just recently needed to get a tape machine fixed, while they don’t really fix the specific equipment I have they were able to point me in the direction of a guy named Mike who was great. Really glad I called last week. Also they fixed one of my samplers years ago when no one else could so thanks for that too!

At first this was a good place to get repairs. But ever since I bought these QSC Ks118s I have had problems with Eric. I have 5 of these. Everyone has been repaired by Jaydon. Some have been in a few times. He tells me that the manufacturer is frustrated with me and doesn't want to repair the speakers. So he told me to call them cause he was tired of repairing them and to contact the manufacturers. When I call them, they have no problem repairing them and wonder why Eric hadn't ordered the parts. So he fixes those 2. Not to mention he had 1 of my speakers lost in the back. Finally found that one. So he refused to take my last 2 speakers that mysteriously don't have serial numbers on them, but the amp units are brand new. And he was the one who repaired them.I asked for serial numbers and he sent me 3 and sent those same 3 to the manufacturer. It doesn't have serial numbers for the others. Eric if you don't find those serial numbers I will see you in court. I have a proof of purchase for everyone of my speakers. You were the one who brought up fraud and now I'm seeing why you said that. You've been using my serial numbers to repair other stuff. I will be filing suit if I can't get satisfaction from you or the manufacturer.

Excellent service and quick too! Jaydon and his front desk, secretary are gracious and helpful. He was not only able to fix the projector we brought in, but replaced it with a new working one because he thought it was better for us. The price was very reasonable!

Eric and the staff at Jaydon were above Amazing! From the first time I called, they were kind, professional and helpful. They repaired my 20 year-old Roland A-90ex and it is just like I unpacked it from the box two decades ago! They repaired buttons and rebuild the entire keyboard. The board works great and feels brand new. I think the repair bill was very fairly-priced and in keeping with industry norms.

Equally as important was the way I was treated and the time Eric took with me to explain the work that needed done. Never did he pressure me to buy anything or have work done that wasn't necessary. On the contrary, when I asked him to rebuild the hammers and felts, he took a personal interest and treated it like it was his very own keyboard.

Nearly 3 mos to get my Line 6 Podgo back. Constantly saying they were waiting on parts. I had to reach out to someone on a Facebook group to get the parts sent over that Jaydon electronics said they were waiting on. Once they finally got the parts they took over a week to fix. Then, when I picked it up, the guy acted like they did me a favor replacing a board. Not a “ sorry it took so long” or anything . No discount or apology. I was Literally shaking when I left after the guy acted like I had no reason to be pissed off.

“Nothing to see here! Move along… “

Then once I got it home, they didn’t backup and reinstall my presets nor did they initialize it at all. All I have to say is, if you can find the parts and do it yourself, or find someone else to do it, do! I should’ve just bought a new unit. I’d have been better off.

Marshall authorized repair service. Within 3 days of me dropping off my amp, they identified the issues and sent me a quote for the repair. I authorized the repair as soon as I saw the email. They responded pretty quick and told me it would be ready the next morning. I feel the price was fair and they did a good job with a shorter turnaround time than I expected. If I ever have any more issues, I know where to go.

I took in my Yamaha P-80 digital piano because several keys were no longer coming up on their own once you played them. The people I met at Jaydon Electronics were incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Although some of my keys were not immediately available (they were on back order from Yamaha), I was kept informed throughout the process and am very satisfied with the repairs. The price was far better than I was anticipating (dreading). It's great to be able to play my piano again!

Eric has been maintaining and servicing my equipment for several years now and I always trust him with my repairs. He has fixed my keyboards, powered stereo mixer, mixers, several bass amplifiers and powered monitors. Even if it can’t be repair he is valuable at helping find solutions to fit your needs. Fair and reasonable pricing and he keeps you advised on the progress by email.

They are fast, their prices are reasonable and they do good work. Can't say any of that about the other place I used before. *Just an update. Got a recap on my SA 9800. Excellent experience. Originally my warranty claim was rejected by Yamaha, and after several months of working with Yamaha on the claim they were able to get Yamaha to honor their warranty and repair the surround receiver that failed while it was under warranty. Would definitely bring anything audio/visual to them for warranty or non warranty work.

Brought a stereo receiver in to be repaired. They got me a diagnosis within 24 hours. I gave them the go ahead and the repair was completed the next day. What more can you ask for? They were very friendly as well! Highly recommend.

Great folks, good service, and fair prices, at least from my experience. I came in for what turned out to be a simple repair to a misbehaving broadcast microphone. The repair was completed ahead of the estimated timeframe, and I no longer have issues with the mic. The staff also took the time to recommend some good parts shops to replace some of the cosmetic bits that have fallen off the mic over its 15 years of life.

Attention to detail and expert repair service. Highly recommended. I have taken a number of difficult repairs to Jaydon Electronics, musical instrument/pro audio/high end Hi-Fi audio. Sent a Yamaha Clavinova mother board to Jaydon Electronics. They repaired it in less than a week. Took about 10 minutes to put it back in the piano. Everything worked perfectly. This is a really great company. So great to deal with people like this. They were very friendly and polite. They completed the repairs perfectly and in a short time. I'd use them again and recommend that anyone needing electronic repairs this is the place to get them. Outstanding all around.

I bought a piano Yamaha CVP 207 in 2002. The piano worked very well for more than 10 years, but suddenly in 2015, it didn't provide any sound on the left and then on the right channel (loudspeakers). A specialized technician in Switzerland came to repair it. He pointed out the motherboard, without being able to fix the problem. He tried to get a replacement motherboard from Yamaha without success. Finally he declared the piano as dead.

I couldn't accept throwing away such a wonderful instrument. I found Eric's repair service on the Internet and I contacted him. Following his instructions, I removed the motherboard and I sent it to him for repair.

Extraordinary customer service AND care, especially care!!!! I would rate Eric and his company 10 stars if I had that option. Our overhead projector in our church had to go back a second time for work due to a lightning strike. The parts had to be ordered and there would be a lengthy wait. Eric cared, really cared rather than giving me the "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do." that we usually hear from other companies that don't care or that don't understand customer service the way Eric does. Eric searched, found and tested first, a loaner for us, shipped it to us express delivery AT HIS EXPENSE, YES, HE PAID TO SHIP US A LOANER as he knew we had a big church event; Unity World Day of Prayer the week our projector went down. Great job! Fixed our Yamaha piano super quick! They are an excellent place to have your instruments worked on.

I have had good experience with this repair shop. I previously brought a Roland synth with a broken knob and just dropped off a nord stage ex. They are friendly and responsive by e-mail.

Writing a follow up to say that the shop did not do a good job with the nord keyboard and I ended up quite disappointed. Perhaps they tried but communication was poor and now the keyboard is currently not usable.

I own a nightclub and have a lot of gear that gets used and abused. Eric and the staff at Jaydon offer great service, their reasonably priced, and are quick to repair all of our equipment. I recommend their services to all of our professional musicians.

I have a Yamaha Clavinova CVP-900 digital piano that is around 15 years old and it started having issues where sound on the left side stopped working, whether using headphones or the built-in speakers. Recently, it started popping and making static noises and then the sound went out completely.

I did some google searches and found Jaydon Electronics and some of the reviewers had the same issue, so I sent the DM board and two SWX cards to Jaydon for repair.

In a little over a week, the repaired items were shipped back to me and after re-installing, the piano is back to normal and sounds great.

The repair was reasonably priced and quick.

I received a diagnosis and repair estimate in less than 24 hours. That just don't happen in electronic repair shops. Several business acquaintances have recommended Jaydon over the years, and I agree...a real class act shop.

UPDATE: Still using Jayson with stellar results. Highly recommended.

I took my Pioneer SA 9800 to Audio 3000 in Sept 2020. After a month I called to see how what the diagnosis was. It hadn't been put on the bench. A week or so later I got a call saying he started to work on it. Around 6 to 7 weeks to get it back and around 550 to 600 dollars. Two months later the right channel was dropping again. It's vintage. I understand that this stuff happens. Fix what's wrong and that just allows another underlying problem to rear it's head. However, I had such a bad experience, coupled with the huge price tag and long wait time, I took it to the other place I was thinking about. Jaydon Electronics. I made the decision to use Audio 3000 because Jaydon looked more like an instrument/keyboard kind of place. It was a huge mistake not to take it to Jaydon in the first place. The guy at Audio 3000 was so aggressive and short with me (I am incredibly easy going and understandable about this stuff, I waited patiently for A MONTH before I called him to see how it was going, I didn't even leave a bad review) after spending that much money I didn't even call the guy to say anything. I cut my loss and went to Jaydon. I advise you do the same. I didn't leave a bad review for him because he seemed like he had personal stuff going on and it's a pandemic and I didn't want to bother, but I'll say it here. I see a couple of bad reviews here for Jaydon. Well, I wonder how it would've gone for them anywhere else. Some people can not be pleased. Especially if they have a special kind of problem that isn't easily resolved. Still leave a bad review AFTER A FULL REFUND? I love how they said get a second opinion, here's your money back and the guy turned it around on them. I would love to see how it turned out for them elsewhere. I gave them my amp on the 23rd on Dec. I got my amp back New Year's Day. 325 dollars. You be the judge. I didn't know they had a vintage guy. I do now. Just like the bad review the guy left for Jaydon "You've been warned." Don't let those two bad reviews stop you from going here. You know the kind of people they most likely are. ENTITLED. Heed my words. I will NEVER take my amp anywhere else after this experience. Because I got the email saying it was done at 11:13 pm (NEW YEAR'S EVE!) I thought they may be open New Year's Day. They weren't but the owner just happened to be there and let me pick up my amp anyway. They have a 90 guarantee on parts and labor. I can't say enough nice things about the service. They are friendly and responsive and RESONABLE. Edit #1: Email them, don't call them. It's not the best way to correspond with them. Edit #2: I see some ridiculous reviews from ridiculous people about Jaydon. Here's a tip: When you see a bad review check the other reviews of other establishments that the person that left, then judge whether their review has merit. Trust me, it's hilarious. They repaired the main board on my Roland KR4700 and did a great job! Parts for my keyboard are no longer available. Other PCM companies would not consider the job. If they had not been able to repair my main board, I'd be out of a favorite instrument. I'm very thankful for their work!

We have a Yamaha CVP- 98 clavinova piano with all the bells and whistles (about 15 years old). We started getting popping and static noises and finally no sound at all. Took it to the local shop and they said the motherboard is no longer available (YAMAHA DM XS570 motherboard). After googling around we found Jaydon and decided to have it repaired.

Just reinstalled the motherboard and after Eric gave us a tip on checking all the connections we now have our beautiful instrument back in top condition.

Everything is working beautifully so we couldn't be more pleased. Fast service too as we got the motherboard back in less than a week !!!

We now have amazing sound just like new and no pops or static!!!

Five Stars!!!! I brought in my beloved AKAI MPC 50000 for repair. I had awful buzzing sounds from both headphone jack and outputs .

The fellas at the shop were able to look at the machine right away and even more important they set the expectation upfront that it will take a little bit of time . I got a call 1.5 weeks later saying she was ready for pick up . I could not believe they fixed it that fast . Needless to say I have more gear that needs to be serviced and I am bring my other sampler next week.

I'm from Canada. Was able to ship the main board from my piano (Yamaha cvp209) to them so they could fix it (they provided clear disassembly instructions). There was no sound. They fixed it quickly and sent it back quickly! Was an excellent experience and so very happy was able to fix the piano!!

I have a lot of experience dealing with different companies/people in repair business, but I have never in my life, come across anyone like these guys. Yes, it took them more than half a year, and multiple attempts to repair my instrument. I am sure, that everyone else, in their shoes, would have dropped the issue along ago, after the first, or may be the second unsuccessful attempt to fix it. But -not these guys. They were relentless, asking me to send one board after the other, trying to diagnose the problem, which was definitely the tough one. But, I guess, the end result, what really counts. And they DID IT. I can't begin to tell you, how happy it made me feel. I was dancing like crazy, and my wife thought that....I lost it...May be I did...for a moment. If not for them, I would have to discard the instrument ($12,000 retail value when I purchased it years back) and look for something else. I would recommend everyone to trust them. If they have started, they will finish it. If it takes longer that you would like it to be, trust them like you would trust your doctor, and be patient.

Absolutely the best customer service and experience you would want to have for any product you bring in. I literally had two power amps (8 channel) go bad. As soon as you walk in the door, you're greeted like family. Wow! They take down all the info of your product, ask you questions in detail, explain the process and in a day/two, have you a quote that won't break your pocketbook! Jayden Electronics is a 5 star, stellar, company!!

I found Jaydon Electronics via E-Bay. They described the exact problem that I had with my non-functioning Yamaha PSR2100 keyboard. Years ago, I had been quoted $700-800 from a local repair store to replace the motherboard (the keyboard had cost about $1200 and went down approx. two years after I purchased it from one of the big name music stores) Jaydon repaired mine for $250.00. It took 2-3 weeks to receive it back, in the mail. The keyboard is now working great. Thanks Jaydon Electronics!

I have a mid-90s Roland FP-8 that had developed fading volume and static/noise issues. Pulled the main board and sent it to Jaydon. They were able to quickly repair and return – a piano-saver since that board is no longer available. I'm so happy to have my piano back.

Eric and team are great to work with. They are very busy, but Eric takes the time to explain and cover the process of diagnostics and the repair. We had a simple Pioneer turntable issue with a twisted drive belt, but they do so much more here; anything dealing with high end electronics, especially music production, sound boards, amps, keyboards, synths, and many more.

Eric is great with communication, despite how fantastically busy they are. He follows up regularly with updates, gets approvals for any additional unexpected costs and if the cost is worth the value of the device before you spend hard earned cash to fix something you could replace brand new.

Word of advice, the place is a little hard to find based on Google or Apple Maps. If you're coming down St. Johns Bluff Rd. South, make sure to take the entrance to St. Johns Industrial Parkway next to the Navy Federal Credit Union and the Morocco Shrine as its closest to their shop. If you turn down the first St. Johns Industrial Parkway, just follow it around to the other side as it's a huge horseshoe loop and you'll find it across the street from Jax Strength and Conditioning.

Terrible. Dropped off 2 tube amps for diagnosis and repair. Expected a fully itemized repair quote with what work was to be performed. Instead, got an amount with "Both ams have very tricky issues." After several attempts at getting Eric at Jaydon to address the actual issues and what was going to be done, he suggested I go to another tech...??? All told, I had to make 2 trips of over 40 miles each way to Jacksonville, which was a large inconvenience given that they were not able or apparently willing to give me a professional repair quote. The only positive thing I can say is that they refunded my "bench charge". These guys are a joke... don't waste your time with them.

They fixed my JBL SRX815p quickly and professionally. It’s is my main speaker for FOH at a venue so I needed it back fast. They were able to do that and won a new regular customer. Now have them on speed dial for future repairs.

Eric came to Middleburg to repair one of my student's pianos, an older model Yamaha Clavinova. Eric was professional in every way and also related well to my student (a teenager). They inspected my Pioneer Elite SC-95, which wasn't working. They got back to me within 3 days (on a Sunday!) Unfortunately, it would cost more to fix than it was worth. But still, great experience.

It took several months last year to get repairs done to a Yamaha DX7 and Peavey KB 300 keyboard amp. The DX7 was not fully repaired due to inability to locate replacement parts if memory serves. I was told the keyboard amp was repaired. In fact, it was not. I still have a dirty master volume knob and the unit goes thermal from time to time making wind noise and popping sounds that make live recording impossible during those episodes. This is the second repair shop I took the amp to. Feeling I wasted my money both times as I will likely have to buy a new amp. About the only thing that was repaired at Jaydon Electronics was a broken key on the DX7.

Brought in an old, but expensive Sony VCR which was not getting power. They wanted $450 to fix it....to remove and replace the power supply unit! They said it would take 4 hours of labor! Declined their offer, and took it to another place in town, and they fixed it for $75.

Brought in an old Blues Jr amp that was making strange noises. Got it back and it is nice and clean. Tone is great. I'm enjoying it for the first time in a long time. I highly recommend Jaydon Electronics.

The man I spoke to was very knowledgeable and was able to help me determine my record player would be difficult and not worth repairing. I appreciated his honesty and would contact him again for future needs.
