Terrible install. Took in my brand new F150 to have an amp, sub and wire installed. The kid that installed it, pushed my firewall grommet all the way through to the engine bay when running the power cable. Not sure why he didn’t cut the zip tie and run it with the main wiring harness. The truck has so much engine noise at idle it made me write a review. The grommet cannot be purchased from ford on its own. It’s a $1,400 piece that only comes with the wiring harness. Save your $100 on T-Towns install and spend $250 with someone that you know will do it right.

Cheap work for a cheap price, only got my stuff installed because I didn’t have enough time on my hands to just do it myself like I always do at the moment and I was impatient. Employee told me my alpine type r’s were single voice coil subs even though I showed proof they were dual 4 ohm voice coil subs and could be wired down to 1 ohm and still denied it. Crazy how their own customer knows more about car audio than the shop. Sloppy work as well as they left some panels loose that I fixed myself. Seems like they just want the money more than anything and just wanna make a quick dollar. Save your money and do it yourself, or hit up an actual shop that knows what they’re doing

Incorrectly hooked up my subs. They stuffed the power wire in one of my fuses with the fuse! They should have used a fuse tap or battery tap. It blew out my fuse and now my back up camera and subs do not work. Very dissatisfied! Asked them to fix the issue ( quick 5-10 minute fix) all you need it a screw driver, wrench and correct part. They told me I would have to leave my car with them. I said no I will go somewhere else. Boomer audio fixed The issue in five minutes without pulling my car into a shop. Very disappointed with T-town audio!

Absolutely fantastic experience. To make a long story short, I had sold my last amp due to financial issues and needed a replacement on a budget. I initially was anxious about asking them to install and wire the amp due to it looking “at least to me” very complicated to put back in. When I got there a very knowledgeable tech came out, knew exactly what I needed. And within 30 min I was in and out! Outstanding work with a great price! This is now my go to place for life with any future stereo upgrades! Thank you!

Thought they were good and professional. Once I got my truck in there left it there to get worked on and told them whoever is wrong I'll like to put something new to replace it with my choice. Once I got there and ask what was wrong. They said the speaker were blown. So they didn't tell me anything. They pick whatever they wanted and didn't even ask what I like to replace it with but whatever they wanted. So I was like ok whatever I went with it. So everything else was popping up like broken window switch. Broken panels clips and more. They didn't put all my screws back in and missing some. Well I was like what the hell. So then the speaker started touching ground somewhere while driving hitting bumps. So checked it Pop the panels off and seen what a shitting work they did. They suck and all they want is get it done and take your money. Don't get me wrong they were nice but the professional was not good at all.

When I started doing business there it was called big dog audio and yes their has been a few different owners but I have always gotten really good work done at a fair and reasonable price. The owner now has put in stereo systems in three different vehicles for along with remote start. If I have a problem they have no problem correcting it. You won't be disappointed...

I went here originally to get new speakers installed with my own sub and amp that had worked great right before it was put in the vehicle… specifically asked for them to tune everything. Sub blew within days and door speakers next. Turns out they had the gain and bass boost set all the way up.Went back, they replaced the door speakers, ended up buying 2 15s and a box, within a few days, they are blown. Wasn’t playing music loud at all… went back a third time for them to replace the subs which were under Warrenty, only for them to now tell me it was a voltage problem and I needed to spend more money.. I had my friends who do car audio take a look and they let me know these guys clearly don’t know what they are doing. Don’t waste your time or your money on this place. They were polite but the work was not done well.

This shop is small but, it has a well diversified selection. I've been here 3 times over about 15 years. Every time I have been here they have what I need. It's usually specialty gear that big box stores don't carry. The owner/.... is helpful and attentive. I purchased my speakers/ whatever here. I installed the equipment myself as should EVERYBODY. Edit: 6 months later, they didnt have what i wanted 8" truck box loaded enclosure. They did suggest a competition sub, and a suv box not that much bigger than the truck box. I went for it, it was only $30 more than the combo i came for.

Terrible experience, got 2 10’s installed a little over a month ago and after installing I realized they ran the remote wire to the fuse box to the wrong fuse, amp was not mounted, bass knob wouldn’t work. Had to bring it back and they fixed base knob. After installing truck would die when I’d try to start it back up. Took it back and guy told me it was my battery. Unplugged subs and issues have stopped. Not professional, don’t waste your time or money here

I've had several things installed here and been mildly satisfied. The receptionist has a disrespectful demeanor and the installations I've had done have been mediocre. The final straw was the last installation the totally neglected to reconnect my USB backup camera and cigarette lighter. I had to bring the vehicle back just to get my hvac working at which point they charged me another $100 to reconnect. Unprofessional and shoddy installation don't waste your time or money 👎👎👎

Had a radio already installed that was draining my battery so I unplugged the fuse. Looked for months for a place that would just fix the one I already had in there. The shops I called either said diagnostic testing was going to cost upwards of $200 or I had to buy a radio they sold and have it installed. I called T town Audio today and when I told the guy what was going on he knew immediately what it was. I just needed a single wire. I brought it in a few hours later and it took them 20 minutes and cost $40. It was that simple. The guy I spoke to was really friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a drive but definitely worth it.

SLOPPY WORK!! Make sure you take before pictures of your interior so you can prove the careless damage their installers cause. They scuffed the leather on my steering wheel, shifter, indented my dash where they pried out my switches, didn't bolt my drivers seat back down, and to top it off I had to reconnect my RCAs the correct way and noticed that instead of screwing my amp down in the *clearly visible* holes they put new holes in my floor board. After a week of trying to get the manager in-person, he reluctantly took off $50 of labor costs but took ZERO accountability. My new shifter alone costs $80.

When I asked the manager for the owner's phone number, he refused to give it to me and said I have to give him the $50 discount back if I still have issue? Wildly unprofessional and totally reckless work!! Avoid them at all costs.

When in the Town Dentist to get a deck and four-door speakers six by nines they end up selling me the lowest level of kickers you can buy at Walmart. Competition speakers ended up wiring up my 6 x 9 backwards they put wood screws in my doors. They even cut the wire connectors the tops of them off they’re rude. They take advantage of their customers, and they cut into my dash when putting in the deck and then use the cheapest parts possible to put in my deck after charging me way too much for what I got. Do not suggest to go to town you will get ripped off poor business.

Had these guy do an amp and sub install on my Mercedes. Very happy with the outcome. Will definitely be doing future business here. Only thing I did not like was their return policy on products purchased in store. Make sure you are not going to want a refund on a week.

This place is a joke. I had my 1 15inch Sub and Amp installed here and first of all. The technician couldn't get amp to come on and said I need a new one. So I called the guy who I brought the amp from and he comes right up to the establishment. Amp all of a sudden works. So everything works fine for about a month and all of a sudden. My amp goes into protect mode so I go back up there to trouble shoot because installing is under warranty. Again , another guy checked it and said I need a new amp. Not being able to afford a new amp. I went home and did diy and the amp work perfectly fine.. And even play and sound better. I will now be hooking my own music up for now on. Thanks guys .. You taught me a lesson

I have to give these folks a shout out for the awesome customer svc they have! They were patient professional and friendly. They changed out stereo 3x for me and even gave me a discount on a 3rd stereo after I had bought the wrong one. Thank you T Town!!! 😊

They have the greatest service in town and prices around. The sale consultant is very helpful, sweet, well educated( know what she’s talking about), and is all for giving anyone the best price available. Also I pulled right up and they got me in. They looked at my system, which they did not put in. A friend did. Therefore, even though they did not put my system in. They even turned my radio for me.

I mean, they got my amp and subs put in. Got in the car and started to drive when my hood pop lever fell out of the dash onto my feet. The bass knob they installed was so low that I can’t reach it all that good, and the know on the bass knob is upside down, so the max bass sound is the lowest setting on that knob. Bad wire job. Not to mention the plethora of copper wire strands in my trunk from them (maybe take a brush to it next time🤦‍♂️)My battery post thing is so loose that if I hit a bump too hard, it’ll pop off my positive post making my car die. I just bought this car 20 days ago and these guys just went into it like a bill in a china closet. I came here to get my subs installed, not pay people 140 to make it to where I will have to take to a mechanic just to fix the stuff they installed. I’d say it was quick, but it was anything but. If you’re in the area with no where else to go, sure, be my guest. But you’re best to drive over to Stillwater to audio Midwest over these guys. I bet dan would be upset with the customer service, “installation”, and attention to details these kids were lacking. Def won’t be back

They have a great policy of warranting their labor, my equipment through them for a bit of a loop but as long as you are calm and clear and kind about what you are wanting they will keep working and get it done correctly. They have pretty great prices in store and they offer a financing offer to help you budget if needed. Had a stereo and front and rear camera put on my vehicle.

Ran aluminum wiring that fried my amp. Not only unprofessional, but lacked knowledge on the intricacies of the job. Everything they tell you are sales tactics and information you can find on google or YouTube. These guys will try to upsell you at every turn and will have you paying hundreds of dollars for a system that will be fried within a few weeks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Unless you enjoy throwing away money. Cannot overstate that enough

Went in for stereo install. The lady on the phone was great and the guy that did the install was terrific! He was done in record time and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Very impressed with them, and will not only go back but recommend their business to all!

I'm pleased. They installed a full system in two hours. Deck amp and dual tens. Very reasonable price and friendly knowledgeable service. I will be going back. I just recently dropped my old stereo guys of ten years. Its worth going to see these guys. 👍👍

Some reasonable prices, but then, when putting stuff back in the car, they broke some of my trim.

Truthfully the biggest waste of 1100 I ever spent. Within 2 months one of my speakers didn't work, they "fixed" it and then it stopped working again shortly after that. When they installed my lights under my dash they unhooked the cord to the back of my radio that is used to update it and just shoved it back in a hole. They didn't mount my switch and the "custom box" I paid for doesn't sit under my seat right and they told me there was nothing they were going to do. Straight trash customer service and will never come here again.

This is my first time dealing with these guys. The atmosphere was clean. The staff was professional. My sub and amplifier were professionally installed. The young man who did the installation said he would rather take a longer time getting the job done right than to damage anything in my vehicle. He made me appreciate the delay in installation time. The only thing I would have loved knowing is how to secure the subwoofer, so it doesn't keep bouncing all around my trunk when I'm driving. Thanks.

Worst wiring job I have ever seen. They was supposed to wire up a amp to a stock radio. A brand new amp blown! After that they wanted us to buy a new amp from them. They wired a remote wire straight to the fuse and played it off like it was to the radio. $120 down the drain! Don't USE THIS PLACE!!

I had a full stereo system installed here a couple weeks ago. O.J. did my install and it sounds awesome. He did a very good job. He took the time to tune my radio to perfection. I have never had a better sounding system in any vehicle i have owned. I would definitely recommend T Town audio for stereo installation.

I have been looking for weeks to get a system installed for my daughter. Called T Town a few times. One of the only places that had any kind of package deal. Since it was my daughter's first system. Wanted something cheap and basic for her. Got 2 10" Sonido Mask, a 2200 diablo mono block, amp kit and install for a really good price. Install was clean and quick. Subs hit way harder than I expected for 10's. Girl at counter was very helpful and dealt with all my questions entire time I waited. Would definitely recommend using them again and look forward to going back myself.

They are very knowledgeable and helpful, and I exchanged my radio cause I wasn't happy with it and upgraded, the understood and did it no argument. Very happy with them.

So I went into this place and it seemed shady from the start cause they refused to let me watch the installers in my car, thin I looked at the installed subs and one was new and one was old like they sold me a used bunk speaker thinking I wouldn't notice, thin they tried to tell me they had to cut a blue tooth wire to get rid of some noise. Thin the very next morning the subs didn't even work. Hopefully they fix this for me and I'll definitely let you know...ok the next day I went by totally expecting B's about fixing my ride and I was wrong. They totally we're super nice and fixed my ride right up switched out a sub cause it looked dusty offered to give me a upgrade on amp if it was amp problems but the problem was something very minor. No one's fault really just the was car was built. So in the beginning it started off bad they knew I wasn't happy and fixed it with a smile on the face. Had what I thought was a wrongly installed system,proceeded to be not nice AT ALL for a long couple hours to them come to find out it was the stero that was In the car before I took it to them he still took the ranting and raving from me very patience and when it came about what was really wrong he FIXED it and still gave me a deal would recommend these guys to anyone much respect

Fast, friendly service. Great, I mean awsome car stereo equipment, very professional installation experts and they stand behind every screw they turn. Ive taken 3 cars to them and zero bad experiences. I give em 6 stars and have recomended them to several of my friends who have had stereos installed by them. None of which have ever had complaints. I had discussed getting some 6x9 door speakers with the young lady at the front desk. But she gave me the wrong ones and told me she thought I wanted rear speakers. Wich never once came up in conversation. And instead of giving me my money back she tried to get me to fork over another 30 for the correct speakers. Not to mention the place reaked of weed. So now I'm out 60 dollars. Save your money and time and go to On Point Custom Auto on Sheridan.

I had a remote start installed on a Rav4 they forgot to replace the battery cover and later the window track was loose, from where they replaced the the door locks to match. As it turns out there were (3) bolts and (2) screws missing allowing everything to move around. Note they were not inside the door laying loose they were gone totally gone. I made a call and haven't received a return call yet. If you are reading this you know that I still have not received a call back; which shows what kind of service you may get as well. I have made a video to post online if this problem is not resolved this week!

Great place to get your next car stereo installed. The guys that work here are pros at what they do. Prices are fair and the service is underated. I won't go anywhere else for car stereo equipment or installation.

Went in to get my subs installed. I had an appointment but had to wait two hours before they started working on mine. They talked me into buying a different sub because mine weren't that good. Now, they were pretty fast when it came to installing it but nobody said anything about turning down the volume. So naturally, I messed with the sub volume. Sub stopped working. Here's the reason I don't suggest this place:

#1. My speaker for the radio got unplugged. #2. Sub stopped working after fifty minutes. #3. My air vent was cracked and the owner said, "nobody told me that that happened, so it must not have been us." #4. It took two weeks to schedule an appointment because they're always busy and rescheduling. #5. If you get a warrenty on a sub, they won't help you fix a problem with the amp, unless you pay them to install it again. #6. Since they couldn't get to it, they talked me into buying a wire and testing the amp myself.

Sorry for the venting, just had a bad experience.

I have a 2018 Toyota tundra called them friday afternoon made an appointment for 10am saturday morning I walked in 40 minutes early went over what I wanted the women at the counter was spectacular helped find exactly what I needed. And the install was very fast and easy. Love that they even have Netflix to watch a movie while install goes on. I would highly recommed having Elitecar Audio to anyone needing their services. And best of all there prices are very reasonable half of what I was quoted at other places that wanted me to wait days to get in very happy with the whole experience .

Great costumer service!! I love the easy pay option they have. The work quality is hands down the best. They seem to enjoy what they do and that reflects on their work.

It's OK. Not a huge diffrence in price compared to big box stores but you can get a much better warranty at the big box store.

Bought an amp and sub for my bike. Thay did a great job wiring it up. Had a problem with the amp took it back, no questions replaced it. Sounds great.
