Brought in my 25 gr corolla about a week ago. Needed to get a dash cam installed, and they hooked me up with a dash, rear view, and side cams. Came in the next day looking at audio stuff. They installed a 12 inch sub, and amp. Quick Same day installation for both days. 10/10 will come back again when I'm in town. I'm thinking about installing some door speakers to get my mids, and highs banging too.

P.s. the compliments on my car had me feeling good about my purchase too.

I chose Miami audio for my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire because from the moment I took it to them Daniel knew how to repair my busted dash and trim and he recommended a pioneer Bluetooth stereo. They did it in one morning and it has never looked better . The stereo plays my Pandora from my phone and I’ve already made a Bluetooth call on my phone. I highly recommend them for any job . From easy to complex they got you covered.

These guys are Miami Pro Audio are the bomb. When I first got the audio redone in my car, it was done by XD Audio in Edgewater. I started having issues months later down the road but nothing that raised a major red flag. But soon those issues became worse. Subwoofers weren’t firing whenever the volume was high, speakers cutting in and out when the volume was high, couldn’t have the subs more than 1/2 way on the knob without them making a weird noise constantly, etc. So I went back to XD Audio and when I got there, I found out XD Audio doesn’t exist as a shop anymore and is now under new ownership. So the guy who is there now took a look at what was going on and said all my equipment was blown and I needed 2 new subs and a new amp. But something still didn’t seem right. I texted a friend who I knew had his audio redone as well and I could tell wherever he went, the place did an outstanding job. He told me he went to Miami Pro Audio so the next day I called and Marcos instantly answered and I explained what was going on. He said he was willing to take a look at my car the same day. When I got there, I opened my rear door where I had the seats down and you could see the wiring. As soon as he seen the wiring job, he pointed out a major red flag to me and explained why it was an issue. They redid the wiring in no time and got me right with a new box as well as some grilles for my 2 12’s. I no longer have any issues and my system sounds better than it ever has! I’m glad I drove out here and got my car worked on by these guys. They treat you like family and I will 1000% recommend these guys to anybody who has any regards about car audio. Came into Miami Pro Audio originally just wanting my subs and amp installed. Ended up leaving with my 4 channel amp, new door speakers and tweeters too 😅 and I have zero regrets.

Everyone there was super welcoming, and Marcos definitely knows his stuff. It’s family-owned, so it never felt like a sales pitch or like they were trying to upsell me—just real, honest advice.

I stopped by on a Friday just to check the place out and get a quote to compare with other shops (this was my first stop). Stopped in to find out about a new stereo/GPS monitor for my rv. Talked to the salesman and he showed me which one would be best for my needs. He told me that they would install it for $200, $300 tops! The following week I received my new jvc 1000. I made an appointment for 7am the next day. I had to sit on the side of 17 till about 7:20. When went in to talk to the guy, there was a different man there and he informed me that it would be a minimum of $500 and he wouldn't set foot in my camper for less! So I wasted all morning driving there and listening his sales pitch after we had already agreed upon prices! I called the manufacturer, they told me that it should only take an hour to 1&1/2 to install. Then I called another shop and they installed it that afternoon for $150 and it works and looks great!

I had stopped by here previously to discuss upgrading the stereo system in my vehicle. The quote was quite involved, so I went with a partial replacement first, establishing a basis for future upgrades. The first quote was upwards of $2k, and even though I downsized to the head Unit and speakers, the installation fee was still a big pill to swallow. When I picked up the vehicle, I received an explanation of the installation and operation of the new head Unit. I drove down the road, turned on the music, and found favor in the upgraded stereo system. The cost of the installation initially took me aback, but after seeing how cleanly it was done, I realized the value was justified.

I went to Miami pro because Marco answered a lot of my questions and delivered a well done job. I personally recommend Miami pro for any small or complex system that you want built. All I can say is that every time I sit in my truck it puts a smile on my face.

Texted with the shop on Friday. Went in on Saturday and they took my '09 Explorer right in. They installed a Pioneer touch screen stereo with android auto that works great with my factory subwoofer. Looks like it came from the factory and sounds awesome. They were great to work with and reasonably priced. Great people to work with.

my boyfriend has always wanted really loud subs and no audio shops near me had much of good reviews so i did my research and came across miami pro. looking at reviews really help me know what to expect, all the reviews were SO good. i decided to call them and from the time i asked my first question to the end of the call, i felt like i could trust their words on what to get. they were so friendly and helpful with me. miami pro is an hour away from us but it was SO worth it. the manager, Marko definitely knew what he was talking about, he looked at my boyfriends truck, and said his honest opinion. we were looking specifically for sundown subs and it was so well worth it. it was all worth the money he had spent. the ladies at the front were really nice as well. the atmosphere just felt like you could really trust them. they knew what they were talking about, walked us through everything, and we were so excited to see how it turned out. it took about 3- 3 1/2 hours but we went there around 1 and got it in as soon as we payed. they definitely take their time as in making sure it looks good but also sounds good. they are well thought through. anyway, my experience was great. we only got 1 12 inch sundown with a 3500 watt amp and their custom box but we already want to go back to get another 12 inch sundown!!! it sounds so good and it’s everything my boyfriend wanted in subs. i STRONGLY recommend the drive to miami pro if you live far or even near there. i would gladly refer anyone to here! we will definitely be going back if we ever want to upgrade!! once again Marko was really helpful and super nice! we left with no regrets! thank you for an AMAZING experience miami pro!!!😁😁

I chose this shop because of their good reviews, but my experience was deeply disappointing. When I called, I was told the diagnostic fee would be $130. After the diagnosis, I was informed that my MKZ’s screen needed to be replaced. They even sent me a link to the replacement part on eBay, which I ordered. I was then quoted another $130 for the installation.

However, when I returned with the part, the owner suddenly told me the installation would now be over $500. His son even reminded him that they had already quoted me $130, yet the owner refused to honor the original price. What’s most frustrating is that the son was clearly trying to do the right thing, but the owner still chose to go back on their word.

This is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the business. I sincerely hope the son keeps his integrity, because the owner’s approach was extremely disappointing.

Everyone here is the BEST. Don’t go anywhere else, SERIOUSLY! Danny is tuning my system as I write this review and i couldn’t be more happier with the results i’m hearing. Marcos is super cool and everyone really knows their stuff. Can’t recommend them enough.

So, I have had problems with my Pioneer head unit. After two weeks of not using my truck I finally started it and the unit didn't power up like normal. All fuses associated checked ok.

I took it to Marcus and his staff and they diagnosed that a PAC module needed to be replaced. That fixed it. Also had them install a backup camera. Everything is working well and I highly recommend them. They were fast, efficient, and communicative.

My first audio installation was an aftermarket radio in a 1971 SS Monte Carlo back in 1973 (replaced the Chevrolet AM radio with an AM/FM cassette during my college years) conducted by myself. I also changed out the radios in a 1977 Grand Prix & a 1984 Buick Riviera. The "new" vehicles are more challenging. Age thing.

I have a 2004 Pontiac GTO. My late wife approved its purchase back in 2006 (midlife crisis acquisition). The stock radio crapped out after 1 year by eating 6 CD's. Bought another stock radio on eBay. It lasted another year before eating a single CD (at least I learned my lesson from the 1st experience). My 2nd wife gave me permission to splurge on a Kenwood head unit (double DIN unit) & 3 pair of Polk Audio speakers (DB652) for the front door, rear seat compartment & rear deck subs. I made the correct choice - a dramatic sound improvement. This combination is able to camouflage the rumble from an LS1 motor (somewhat - it would be shameful to not hear a little.)

Miami Pro Audio conducted a professional installation. I hope that the attached photos do justice. The head unit appears to be factory OEM with a nicely fit trim plate. The speakers were installed behind the factory grills. Considerable disassembly was required & everything was reassembled correctly. Looks bone stock. (I am thinking about attaching the Polk Audio grille badges that came with the speakers.) So much better than the Blaupunkt equipment.

I had a previous installer lined up for the installation & he preferred that I purchase the components directly (supply chain affects these items dramatically - especially head units). Had gathered them over several weeks. Unfortunately, his family encountered a significant health issue with a close family member. Miami Pro Audio had no reservations in stepping up to the plate. Of course, using name brand components is important. Kenwood & Polk Audio. Pioneer is also top notch. Miami Pro Audio can also recommend components early in the audio upgrade design phase. Very knowledgeable. And a family run business.

Markus and his team installed dash cam (including backside camera) for both of my vehicles (2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE 63S AMG & 2024 Lotus Emira). For high-end vehicles, I expect high-end results and they've delivered.

Recently, I had to take off one of the dashcams in one of my vehicle because i had to get my windows tint. I called them to ask for help, and they told me to bring it to the shop so they can stick it back on for me.

I’m very happy that I chose to go to Miami Pro. I went there for a quote a few months ago and because I’m new to audio I thought it was over my budget so I went to a cheaper place and let me say when it comes to audio YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. The previous spot didn’t do a great job and I feel like they didn’t know much about newer cars and I have a VW. Miami pro was very knowledgeable about all cars especially VW this made me feel at ease. I told them what I wanted, got a fair price and I was scheduled for the next day. I absolutely LOVE MY SYSTEM. I brought them my 2015 Ford F-150 King Ranch, I had a box, subs and an amp I needed them to install, Dropped my truck off and about 4-5 hours later I got the call that it was ready, way sooner than I expected, I had them hook up two 8" subs and they got these things to hit like you wouldn't believe, clean wire work, everything is hidden , and there wasn't any new scratches on my truck👍🏻👍🏻(my biggest worry...cough cough dealership👎🏻), loved their work so much I went back just 4 days later to upgrade my subs and will be going back to upgrade my amp , then my door speakers! 10/10 If you want only the best for your vehicle THIS is the place, If you want some half ass job with sloppy work where they cut your interior to "make it work" then keep on driving. That's not the Miami pro way!

Refraining from making any comments was advised by my father, who emphasized the importance of silence when there is nothing positive to say. As a Christian, I generally adhere to this principle. Given that the repair shop is affiliated with a Christian radio station, I expected them to be trustworthy. However, I have encountered several negative reviews that I consider before making a decision. I explained the issue to him and provided a picture of the radio I had. He offered to fix it for $200. Despite the inconvenience of driving 45 minutes and wasting gas, he informed me that he usually does not work on Chinese radios due to their complexities. He had a picture of the radio and the Amazon link, yet still insisted on driving me there. Subsequently, he said he would install the radio for $500 or installing a backup camera that I already have, which would only cost $250 to connect to the reversing bulb. As a Christian, I am concerned about the potential for unethical practices. I strongly advise you to thoroughly review all the reviews before deciding whether to use this repair shop. I understand that he may be responding to some type of regulation, and I want to be prepared to address any concerns. Therefore, I recommend examining the numerous negative reviews with similar issues to make an informed decision. .

So with all the confidence of someone who had NO IDEA what he was getting into I attempted to install my own aftermarket radio in my dash. I bombed it. These fine folks were professional, accommodating, and I was so pleased by my impression I ended up upgrading the install to a better device, which they had installed clean and ready to go just a couple hours later. Fernandina guy here. Thanks to Miami Pro Audio in North Jacksonville, Florida, my stereo is again in top-performing shape. Being an audiophile since my teens, music is critical to me – not just for the thump-thump but the full range of every genre I listen to.

My original setup was ten years old, with the usual oversized amps and subs and high-end speakers and such. But the aging system started a buzz about a year ago, which I could not eliminate no matter what I re-tuned or replaced. Six months ago, those grew to pops. And then, racing off to Home Depot for some lumber, I switched on my once beautiful system, heard a whack-boom from my subs… and then nothing.

The death rattle of a once King, now silent.

It would later be revealed that my entire primary power supply wire had corroded, perverting the array of components that came after it with this incessant hum and hiss.

I drove around glum for a month or so, trying to figure out where to turn. The issues were many. A blown amp, probably, speakers sounding strange before the downfall, channels randomly switching off my mids during high humidity days, and that damn buzz that I could never cure. As McGyver as I am, I knew something was foundationally wrong with the system. I knew I couldn’t fix it myself.

As many reading this review probably did, I searched, not for some half-effort “Joe’s audio repair and BBQ wings” shop, but for the real deal. Guys who study this stuff and make sound their life’s work. Shape boxes. Tweak components. Adjust the tiniest knobs for that perfect all-encompassing sound.

Enter Miami Pro. After my first discussion with Marcos, I knew I had the right dude. He and his crew diagnosed my system within a few hours, pointing out every problem. From water seeping into a door and rusting the speaker shells to the central issue of the power supply cable gummed up with corrosive green goop and causing all sorts of problems.

A couple of days in their beautiful factory (where they sold no BBQ wings), they replaced almost everything – down to the wire harnesses. I went from analog to digital, Rockford Fosgate on the amps, Punch speakers, Pioneer Extreme-Grave Subs, and even these sweet Ciare Italian silk-dome tweeters, which Marcos noted were the best he’d ever heard in his life.

Now, there is no hiss. No buzz. No shoulder-cringe-inducing stress that when I turn it on and turn it up, my mids might fail. There is only pure, full-range sound that shakes the rearview mirror out of focus… just the way I like it.

I recently had my car audio system installed at Miami Pro Audio, and I have to say—the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about car audio. They took the time to understand what I was looking for in terms of sound quality and budget, offering recommendations without any pressure or upselling.

The installation itself was professional and efficient. They handled my vehicle with care, neatly wired everything, and ensured there were no rattles, loose ends, or visible cables. The sound quality after the install? Night and day difference. Crystal clear highs, deep bass, and perfectly balanced—exactly what I was hoping for.

Wanted to thank the entire Miami Pro Auido team and family for a phenomenal install and experience!!!! This group is top notch and second to none!! Good luck at the completion bring that belt back to Florida !! World champion stereos and service and they have the trophy’s to prove it!

Today I went and had my 15 yr old truck get a new stereo, back up camera and speakers They are so extremely good my truck sounds like it's brand new. Fast and amazing work prices were extremely good and the staff amazing. So if you want true audio work there is only one place to go in Jacksonville it's Miami Pro Audio. Trust me everyone they will be the only company I ever use again and will tell everyone who will listen go HERE

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0. I took my classic car to Miami Pro Audio based on their advertising on social media. I already had a vey nice system installed but needed some work due to not driving the car for a few years due to an accident. I scheduled a time to drop my car off and paid 1hr of labor, which I was told by the owner Marco that 1hr of labor would cover them going through my system and tell me all that was needed. I was given an estimate of nearly $1000 to get everything back up and running. I agreed. I than received another call about paying more hourly labor because he needed to go through the system some more. I agreed. Only to get another call about more labor charges to further seek out problems. At that point I paid what I owed and picked my car up. So for 1400 they installed new trunk batteries and replaced a $10 fuse. $900 in labor 500 parts. Which only took an 1hr to install batteries and fuse. I took my car to a referred shop and my system was up and running better than new within 1.5hrs for a total of 500 parts and labor. I was told there was no way Miami Pro checked my system because it was only 3 blown amp fuses that prevented my system from playing. So for $500 I had all new mid bass speakers installed and system tuned to perfection. I had a conversation with both Marco and his son regarding my dissatisfaction and of course that didn't go anywhere. The front office staff was nice I'll give them that. All I asked for was an honest experience. I never had an Issue with paying whatever amount as long as I felt I was being treated with honesty. Now based on the response below. I have to call them liers! Not once did you state anything about faulty wiring. Everyone in the shop admired my setup and how nice it was. Now you're saying it was a fire hazard... STAY AWAY.... If all I bought was three batteries($150×3). You're confirming you charged $1000 to connect them.... Which only took 20min per your employees. One of us is telling the absolute truth and one of us is telling lies....
