As a single lady I've often found it difficult to find trustworthy help for things like lawn work, handy work and installations of different sorts. Tye Dye Home theater guys did not let me down. These guys are fantastic. For better or for worse, we've moved a lot over the past 5 years and have installed A/V in 3 different houses using 3 different companies. Tye Dye was different in their knowledge and attention to detail. A few things stood out: 1) They have vision - Meaning you can start with what you are ready for at the moment, but they have the vision and ability to scale as big and as innovative as you want to go, whether that be crazy set-ups, projection systems or SmartHome. 2) Service - Our last house was a remodel, so it's natural that we'd run into things that were unplanned. They never blinked, kept a "can do" attitude and figured their way through everything until it was done and done perfectly. Also, I had some second thoughts on the set-up (my fault not theirs). The team was more than accommodating in coming out to help me reconfigure everything and stood behind it all. Once again, with a great attitude and great attention to detail. They take pride in what they can do and you can tell. Thanks Tye Dye Team!
Peter. Mike and Hunter have done several projects for us and each and every time both the service and product could not have been better. Their collective knowledge of technology, and specifically home entertainment and automation, is second to none. Their advice for equipment has not only been greatly appreciated, but spot on for our needs, use and technology level. The customer service is as good as you will find in any service industry/business. If you are in the need of home Wi-Fi, home theater services, home automation, or just general home technologies, I cannot think of anyone better than Peter and the crew with Tye Dye Home Theater Guys. You will not be disappointed and will soon be writing a rave review just like us.
After a few run-throughs with some other local A/V companies who didn't exactly bring the can-do-attitude to our project following a large-scale renovation, boy oh boy were we excited to meet AJ Hall, and also Peter and Mike, and later Hunter and Ryan, of the TDG team! We bought a 90s home from my in-laws with legacy A/V wiring throughout the house, and Tye Dye Guys *helped us out immensely* with bringing everything up to our current needs. From ethernet & wireless connections and cable throughout the home, to older ceiling speakers, to lots of hdmi/cable/speaker/other spaghetti wiring left behind in new custom built-in bookshelves meant to hold our stereo equipment, TDG was immediately able to jump in and help us bring things up to what we wanted to experience in today's home. We wound up adding a new flat panel tv with them, went with Sonos to beef up the sound in the main room, and also chose a solid surge protector / battery back-up to protect everything with them as well. Thanks so much to Tye Dye Guys for 'speaking our language,' and we'll definitely bring them back for more A/V needs projects down the road here. Definitely recommend them to all!
